This machine is likely the most versatile in the world today. It can handle approx. up to 7.5-inch dia. work piece and 2.5 inches thick. Our Grinders offer ultimate precision, productivity and flexibility in double disc type surface grinding. The patented “Interpolation Feed” System has proven to have significant production advantages for many different applications and requirements.

I.D. Grinding
Sandray has the capabilities for the one-of-a-kind and smaller orders that can be run on our extended bridge and 273A models. We can also run the larger production orders and parts with multiple diameters on the Okuma CNC GI-20N model to meet all your I.D. grinding needs.
SNI Bore & External Face Machine
The SNI grinders allow for simultaneous bore and face grinding…a true production advantage for the customer.

Sandray has a wide variety of CNC and manual Toyoda O.D. machines. Our Select G and GL4 models give us capabilities for straight or angle grinding and high accuracy. Non Destructive Testing
The Magnaflux Model is one of the most flexible, cost effective systems available for magnetic particle inspection. Sandray also has Temper Etch capabilities for parts that require this inspection.

Cellular Manufacturing
In addition to the various departments of the shop, Sandray also has several areas set up for Cell manufacturing.
All equipment is located in a clean climate controlled environment and all inspection equipment is located in an enclosed climate controlled room.
